Job summary

TOTE Group invites applications for its paid summer TOTE Internship (Development) Program in Anchorage, AK. Interns will participate in assignments across functional areas including Operations, Logistics, Finance, Safety, and Human Resources.

The program lasts 10 weeks (may be shorter for some academy co-ops) and aims to develop future leaders through rotations and skill development. Selected interns gain real-world experience, mentorship, and a pathway to future opportunities within the TOTE

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics and/or Sales and Marketing.
Demonstrated leadership skills (extracurricular activities or projects).
Mobility is a key requirement as a pipeline internship to our TOTE Development Program.
Willingness to travel.
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
Pass a drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

Participate in assignments across Operations, Logistics, Finance, Safety, and Human Resources.
Rotational program with exposure to multiple functions within the business.
