Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Design Engineering team as they reimagine the customer journey and develop innovative solutions.
Think creatively and analytically to solve problems and make decisions.
Partner with team leaders and analysts to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Collaborate on projects with peers to drive process improvements.
Grow through leadership workshops, networking events, and development activities.
