The Role: In Denver, CO, as a Summer Delivery Helper, you will assist Delivery Drivers in safely and efficiently delivering products (cases, kegs) to retail accounts from a commercial truck. You will report to the Delivery Supervisor and collaborate with Warehouse and Sales teams.

Wage: $20.50/hour with overtime eligibility.

Major Functions

1. Driver Assistance

• Help drivers complete routes safely and accurately in various weather conditions and environments (stairs, curbs, docks, tight parking).
• Assist with account duties including rotation, stocking shelves, building displays, and organizing products.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules and CDC policies.
• Assist with loading carts and kegs for delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Variable start times; all work must be completed daily.
• Face-to-face customer contact required.

Physical Requirements

• Handle and deliver 500-1,000 cases (~30 lbs each) daily; lift up to 165 lbs regularly.
• Assist drivers on light duty, with physical labor performed by the Driver Helper as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Flexible with shifts and hours, especially in summer months.
