Job Summary

Delivery Driver Helpers assist Delivery Drivers in safely and efficiently delivering the company's products (cases and kegs) to On-Premise and Off-Premise retail accounts from a commercial truck.

Major Functions

• Driver Assistance: Help drivers complete the assigned route safely and accurately, in various weather conditions and challenging environments (stairs, curbs, docks, tight parking lots). Execute quality service in accounts, including rotation, stocking shelves, building displays, and organizing products.

• Safety & Compliance: Must comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) rules and regulations, as well as Coors Distributing Company Policies and Procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work well with different personalities in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Varying start times; all work must be completed daily.
• Face-to-face contact with customers in the market.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of handling and delivering 500 to 1,000 cases of 30 lbs. each daily, and lifting up to 165 lbs. regularly.
• Assist a driver who might be on light duty, with physical labor performed solely by the Driver Helper.
