Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. is offering a 10-week paid internship for students in related fields. Interns will participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and be mentored by managers.

The Data Governance & AI Governance track provides hands-on exposure to governance practices, data management, and analytics. Interns may work in non-technical or technical tracks, with up to 40 hours per week, and housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Majors include Business & Management, Computing Sciences & IT, Mathematics & Data Science.
• Preferred experience with large data sets, data analysis, and reporting concepts.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document processes clearly.
• Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in good standing.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support governance programs with data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Work with a mentor on key strategic projects.
• Complete assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Deliver presentations on internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
