Job summary

DIRECTV is offering a summer internship in its Customer Operations group (El Segundo, CA). You will work closely with the Engineering organization in the newly built Product Customer Experience Lab, gaining hands-on experience on software updates, issue research, and gap analysis.

We seek undergraduate or graduate students in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics with solid technical knowledge, coding experience, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Undergrad or grad students in Engineering, CS, or Math.
• Solid general technical knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong technical acumen with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with DIRECTV products and services.
