Job summary

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduates and master's candidates; emphasis in Organization Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Risk Management, Consulting or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
• Ability to support projects by maintaining trackers and coordinating follow-up in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics, evaluate information from multiple sources, identify gaps or trends, and summarize findings.
• Comfort working with data and AI tools, including checking quality, preparing basic analyses, and developing reports.
• Professional communication skills and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions, seek clarification, and share well-supported recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with guidance.
