Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development and outreach to new leads.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for client deliverables.
• Prepare offering materials, pitch decks, and presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read and abstract leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create and use Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Promote and support the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
