Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is offering a Leasing Advisory Intern role in Parsippany, NJ. You will assist senior brokers with outreach, data management, and client deliverables in a fast-paced CRE sales environment.

The internship provides exposure to leases, market data analysis, and preparation of pitch decks while supporting technology tools and CRM platforms. It is onsite from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027 with compensation ranging from 8,800 to 12,400 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to assist with client deliverables and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create and use sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Serve as a technology champion, promoting and supporting the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
