Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation invites students to join our Continuous Improvement team as a Summer 2027 intern. You will help identify improvement opportunities, participate in scoping and executing CI projects, and work with leaders to share best practices and KPI insights on a site level.

Interns gain leadership development exposure within the ZEBS group and build hands-on experience in front-line operations and process optimization across our U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
• Lean experience is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and CI projects.
• Support scoping, prioritizing, and executing CI initiatives with leaders.
• Collaborate to develop best practices and KPI measures for site functions.
