Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; engineering preferred.
• Lean experience desired.
• Interest in mechanical tools, equipment, and processes.
• Strong problem-solving, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to assess processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage CI projects from scoping to execution with resource review.
• Collaborate to create best practices aligning with business strategy.
• Develop and manage financial benefits and KPIs for major activities.
• Support on-site visual daily management and CI goals.
