Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation invites students to join our Continuous Improvement team as a Summer 2027 intern. You will help identify improvement opportunities, participate in scoping and executing CI projects, and work with leaders to share best practices and KPI insights on a site level.

Interns gain leadership development exposure within the ZEBS group and build hands-on experience in front-line operations and process optimization across our U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
• Lean experience is desirable.

As an intern with Zurn Elkay, you will be part of the ZEBS (Zurn Elkay Business Systems) team, where you will have the opportunity to participate in leadership development and networking activities to gain exposure to Zurn Elkay culture and leadership.
