Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction/Engineering.
• Enrolled in an accredited college/university and taking at least one class before internship.
• Strong communication skills and ethical conduct.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good time management and teamwork orientation.
• Preferred knowledge of route surveying and scheduling.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have or obtain a valid state driver’s license before employment.
• Reliable transportation to project site.

Responsibilities

• Support PM with subcontractor/supplier coordination, material tracking, file management, and document control (submittals, RFIs, change orders), plus progress reporting.
• Learn and perform PM functions including estimating, schedule planning, controls, and reporting.
• Understand and learn construction plans.
• Interact professionally with clients, managers, and employees.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
