Job summary

Catamount Constructors Incorporated in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2027. The program offers exposure to Preconstruction, Project Management and Field Operations across multiple markets.

You will learn to take-off quantities, prepare scopes, assist with schedules, RFIs, submittals, and participate in subcontractor meetings and site visits. Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields with strong communication and teamwork is preferred; wage is

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to take off project quantities and assemble project scopes for bidding.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, purchasing schedules, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and documentation of project issues.
• Attend subcontractor meetings and OAC meetings.
• Support documentation such as daily construction reports, RFIs, and project photography.
• Onsite during all work activities to ensure the job meets or exceeds client expectations.
