Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in program management, construction management, and transportation infrastructure.
• Coursework related to construction, project management, engineering, or transportation is preferred.
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support PMCM team on transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with project documents, reports, schedules, and deliverables.
• Help track project information, including costs and progress.
• Participate in field observations and construction activities as opportunities arise.
• Review plans, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Attend meetings and assist with documentation and follow-up items.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and team members to support delivery.
• Assist with other technical and administrative tasks as needed.
