Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year degree program in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• All grade levels welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support PM and Field team with project coordination, scheduling, safety management, and estimating.
• Assist with trade procurement and onsite subcontractor activity.
• Perform tasks including bidding and awarding trades, reviewing submittals, generating RFIs, cost management, meeting minutes, and processing pay applications.
• Monitor and coordinate construction activity with the on-site superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and review status reports and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with Subcontractors, Architects, and Engineers to support the project schedule.
