LPU Batangas in Auburn Hills, MI offers a 10-week summer internship focused on Commercial Excellence. You will draft and refine customer-facing proposals, gather information from Commercial, Operations, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and other teams, and translate complex data into clear content.

You’ll maintain templates, support timelines, research customers and market trends, and help implement AI and automation to improve proposal workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in commercial strategy, sales, logistics, and customer solutions.
• Interest in AI, automation, and productivity technologies.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist in drafting, editing, formatting, and reviewing proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and related materials.
• Gather and organize information from stakeholders to support proposals and opportunities.
• Translate operational, service, and commercial information into clear customer-facing content.
• Maintain and organize templates, case studies, and reusable content.
• Support proposal tracking, timelines, and activities for active opportunities.
• Conduct research on customers, industries, and market trends.
• Prepare concise research summaries and customer briefs for the Commercial team.
• Support use of AI and automation tools to improve proposal development and content management.
• Identify repetitive activities and help develop practical efficiency improvements.
• Create and maintain Commercial tools, trackers, and process documentation.
• Support additional Commercial Excellence and Sales Enablement initiatives.
• Complete a manager-assigned 10-week internship project addressing a business opportunity or challenge.
