Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in commercial strategy, sales, logistics, and customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, editing, formatting, and reviewing customer-facing proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and related materials.
• Gather and organize information from stakeholders to support proposals and opportunities.
• Translate operational, service, and commercial information into clear customer-facing content.
• Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and reusable content.
• Support proposal tracking, timelines, and activities for active opportunities.
• Conduct research on customers, industries, market trends to support Commercial activities.
• Prepare concise research summaries and customer briefs for Commercial team.
• Support AI and automation tools to improve proposal development and content management.
• Identify repetitive activities and help develop efficiency solutions.
• Create Commercial tools, trackers, and knowledge resources.
• Support additional Commercial Excellence initiatives and a 10-week internship project.
• Establish intern goals for professional and technical development.
