Qualifications

• Civil engineering student enrolled in ABET-accredited program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness.
• Should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and GIS experience are a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support transportation projects through calculations, reports, specs, drawings, and manuals.
• Assist with site travel to locations in/around Anchorage and throughout Alaska, documenting field conditions.
• Provide project organization support: filing, purging, archiving, and file coordination.
• Assist with general operations: event and project coordination, equipment maintenance, and resource management.
