Responsibilities

• Participates in on-site field and office operations to gain hands-on experience in heavy highway and civil construction.
• Supports project teams with assigned tasks under supervision.
• Gains exposure to surveying, layout, quality control, materials testing, and asphalt plant operations.
• Learns project management, estimating, sales, engineering, and CAD as they relate to construction operations.
• Maintains attendance, follows schedules, and communicates absences or concerns.
