raSmith in Brookfield, WI invites students enrolled in civil engineering tech programs to a Summer 2027 Construction Inspector Intern position. Work with project managers, engineers and technicians on real projects to gain hands-on experience and develop technical skills.

The internship offers exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office, plus mentorship, teamwork, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive, employee-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a technical school program in a civil engineering-related discipline.
• Exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office products.
• Able to solve basic engineering problems with good decision-making skills.
• Skilled at planning by accurately scoping length and difficulty of tasks.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
