Responsibilities

• Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests and data to plan and design projects.
• Calculates cost and feasibility based on data analysis and prepares cost estimates.
• Uses computer aided engineering and design software to create documents and designs.
• Prepares reports, specifications, plans, schedules, and environmental and legal documentation.
