Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking Civil Engineering Interns for Summer 2027. You will assist with design, planning, and documentation on infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on exposure to transportation, water, and other systems.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Civil Engineering degree, have completed at least one year of college, and enjoy teamwork and problem solving. AutoCAD and MS Office familiarity are a plus; May 2027 grads are not eligible for this internship.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Civil Engineering and enrolled full-time in a nationally accredited program.
Must have completed at least one year of college before the internship begins; rising sophomores eligible; juniors and seniors preferred.
May 2027 graduates will not be accepted for CHA's Internship Program.

Responsibilities

Support civil engineering design, planning, and project development efforts.
Assist with technical calculations, drawings, and project documentation.
Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.
Gain exposure to real-world infrastructure projects across transportation, water, aviation, and other sectors.
Participate in professional development, networking opportunities, and intern program activities.
