Crafton Tull is seeking a Civil Engineer Intern/Engineer in Training to design and manage municipal projects, including roads, water and sewer systems. You will work on plans, cost estimates, and regulatory coordination while using CAD and other software.

The role requires a BS in engineering, EI eligibility or active EI, and strong analytical skills. Travel up to 30% may be required; a valid driver's license is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited school.
• Must be a certified Engineer Intern (EI) or a recent graduate seeking EI.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and data to plan and design projects.
• Calculate costs and prepare detailed project estimates.
• Use computer aided engineering and design software to create documents.
• Prepare and modify reports, plans, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Meet with clients to coordinate changes and address requirements.
• Coordinate with government officials for approvals and permits.
• Track project progress and report activities as required.
