The program provides structured mentorship across preconstruction, PM, and field roles with hands-on tasks and site interactions. Ideal candidates are rising sophomores to seniors with a strong work ethic, willingness to travel, and a commitment to professional growth in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college students pursuing Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related degree.
• Courteous and professional attitude when dealing with coworkers, customers and the public.
• Travel is required; a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Passionate and determined to make a difference in the construction field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction, Project Management and/or Field Supervision teams with training and mentoring.
• Interact with subcontractors, vendors and owners.
• Participate in cost planning and scheduling, materials procurement, cost control and quality management.
• Prepare a presentation outlining the internship experience at Branch later in the program.
• Follow safety and security procedures and determine appropriate action steps.
