Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 18+ age requirement.
• Experience with school-age children or youth development preferred.
• Must pass archdiocesan Safe Environment requirements and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities and ensure child safety in the extended summer care program.
• Uphold Catholic education philosophy and the mission of the school and Archdiocese.
• Maintain confidentiality; follow policies and procedures.
• Communicate with parents and assist with enrollment, attendance, and required documents.
• Prepare materials, assist with meals and clean-up, and maintain site safety and cleanliness.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in training and staff development.
• Differentiate activities for varied ages and abilities to engage all participants.
• Report incidents and cooperate with the site coordinator and school principal.
