Job summary

WinShape Foundation Inc. seeks a logistics-focused Operations Leader to join the Summer Leadership Team at a WinShape Camps for Girls location. You will design and run year-round and summer systems, from inventory to campus logistics and procurement, while supervising summer staff.

You will collaborate with dining services on menus and safety, lead emergency planning, and handle vendor relations. A strong PM, communication, and organizational skill set is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of camp experience preferred.
• Gender-specific tasks during the summer require female representation.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time-management, organization, and multi-tasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a member of the Summer Leadership Team at one WinShape Camps for Girls location.
• Creates, implements, and evaluates operational systems and processes (inventory, campus transitions, year-round PM, logistics, procurement).
• Develops and upholds a summer campus emergency action plan for safety.
• Collaborates with food service to develop menus and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Hires, trains, and supervises Operations Summer Staff (2–4 staff).
• Manages camp store responsibilities including vendor relations and inventory.
• Assists with operations budget lines and monitors expenses.
• Prepares training materials and conducts staff training sessions.
• Represents WinShape Camps on recruiting trips to fill Summer Staff needs.
