Job summary

Job description

Status: Temporary/Seasonal (time/period specific)

TheSummer Camp Maintenance Worker position maintains a safe and clean work area atall times. Must have ability to work independently and have experienceworking in basic landscaping, complete basic painting, handle multiple tasks atone time, interact effectively in one-on-one and or group situations and buildrapport to foster teamwork. The successful candidate will be able to work wellwith people of diverse personalities and backgrounds. Some of the summer camptasks will include managing garbage, filling water coolers and monitoring them,assist maintenance staff with light duty repairs, and maintain temporary watersinks. Other duties as assigned.This position is only for the summerstarting June and ending August. You may be working at either the Carmelcampus, Brewster campus or both.

High School orTrade/Vocational School diploma required. Must have valid driver’s license andclean driving record. Hours are generally 8am to 5pm Monday –Friday but otherdays and times may be required.

*Internationalapplicants’ salary is based on sponsoring agencies pocket money agreementand/or experience. Stipend range between $1200 - $2700 for the summer season.Room and board is also provided to international staff for the duration of theseason.
