Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Facilities Associate for a summer, live-on site at a 600-acre camp. You will support buildings and grounds, tackle maintenance projects, and participate in various campus tasks that keep the operation running smoothly.

The role requires embracing a Christian ministry environment, working outdoors, and using hand tools. Housing and meals are provided; schedule runs June through August with training and camp sessions.

Qualifications

• A professing Christian with a personal faith.
• Interest and aptitude in mechanical or trades skills.
• Familiar with and able to use hand tools.
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to finish what you start.
• Enjoys variety and doesn't mind getting dirty.
• Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment.

Responsibilities

• Support building and grounds maintenance staff.

Spend your summer outdoors keeping 600 acres running. As a Facilities Associate, you'll support buildings and grounds maintenance, tackle projects across the property, and get hands-on with the work that makes everything else at camp possible.

Physical Requirements

• Able to handle moderately heavy work, including lifting up to 80 pounds
• Able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions for extended periods
• Able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

Summer Schedule

• Staff Training: June 1 - June 12
• Camp Sessions: June 13 - August 7
