Mount Hermon Association, Inc. is seeking a First Aid Coordinator for The Ponderosa Lodge.

The role reports to the Conference Center Nurse and Health Services Administrator, guiding the PL First Aid Technicians and coordinating the health center operations for campers and staff. The position requires a current AHA First Aid/CPR/AED certification, a high school diploma, and a willingness to work in a faith-driven camp environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Current American Heart Association Certification in First Aid/CPR/AED which includes care of infant, child, and adult.
• College or university course work in preventative health practice, pharmacology, anatomy and physiology are preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record due to MH driver policy.

Responsibilities

• Guide, encourage, and direct the PL First Aid Technicians as directed by the CC Camp Nurse, Healthcare Services Administrator, and/or Ponderosa Lodge Director.
• Coordinate and participate in stocking the PL Healthcare Center.
• Assist with transporting campers or staff to urgent care or hospital using MHAs 2 Person Policy.
• Report to Conference Center Camp Nurse all campers requiring transport to offsite healthcare providers.
• Document each campers or parents clinical encounters in Circuitree and MHA staff/JEMS in Camp Health Log.
