Kidcam Camps @ Rivers Retreat is seeking a dynamic Camp Director who can lead a team, engage with campers and families, and set high standards for camp operations. The role requires a calm, proactive leader who lives the Kidcam Way and can develop staff into strong, caring leaders.

You will oversee program quality, safety, and relationships, ensuring an outstanding summer experience for all participants. Strong interpersonal skills and prior camp/education leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 25 years of age by start date.
• Experience in education, recreation, camp management, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in managing and supervising employees.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to learn and manage the Kidcam Camp Software System.
