KidCam Summer Camp seeks a Director to lead the camp, supervise staff, and engage with campers and families to deliver a safe, vibrant summer experience. The role emphasizes energy, setting standards, and living the Kidcam Way every day.

The ideal candidate will have education or related field experience, manage employees, and hold First Aid & CPR certification; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and camp software is required, with training provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 25 years of age by start date.
• Experience in education, recreation, camp management, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in managing and supervising employees (including young adults).
• First Aid & CPR certification will be coordinated prior to start.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to learn and manage the Kidcam Camp Software System.
