Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Director of Summer Camp in Conway to provide strategic leadership, model the Pediatrics Plus culture, and ensure excellence in classroom management and health and safety. The role requires active involvement in teacher, therapist, and family collaboration to support children’s development.

The Director will lead schedules, ITP development when needed, and oversee program operations while ensuring adherence to all policies and budgets, with hands-on classroom presence

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a camp or pediatric program.
• Ability to manage classrooms and develop routines.
• Experience coaching staff and enforcing safety protocols.
• Strong collaboration with teachers, therapists and families.
• Ability to develop plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Summer Camp program.
• Maintain health and safety guidelines and classroom management.
• Oversee schedules, enrollment, and family engagement.
• Develop Individual Treatment Plans as needed and monitor progress.
• Ensure program aligns with company mission and policies.
