General Summary

Under the direction of the Family Programming Director, the Camp Director oversees all Summer Camp operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and enjoyable programs that exceed members' expectations.

Primary Job Functions

1. Manage Summer Camp operations with visible leadership.
2. Ensure children’s safety through continuous monitoring and interaction.
3. Handle customer service, communication, marketing, program planning, and revenue tracking.
4. Manage financial performance, including revenue targets and expense management.
5. Enforce health and safety standards and HR practices.
6. Monitor staff adherence to policies.
7. Communicate effectively and follow up as needed.
8. Represent the Summer Camp professionally in all aspects.
