Job summary

Camp Greystone, a Christian summer camp for girls in the mountains of North Carolina, is seeking joyful, hard-working counselors to join our full-summer sessions (Junior, June, Main, and/or August Camp).

Counselors work on a team, teach activities, mentor campers, and model Christ in all they do. Room and board are included, with a substantial full-summer bonus, and staff receive orientation, ongoing training, and time off between camps.

Qualifications

• Must be a Christian who loves children.
• Full-Summer counselors must be at least one year out of high school.
• Ability to attend Staff Orientation (May 24–30, 2027).

Responsibilities

• Teach activities and serve as a role model at all times.
• Live in a cabin with campers or work on our program staff.
• Provide leadership, service, and teamwork during camp sessions.
