Job summary

Camp Greystone in the mountains of North Carolina is seeking joyful, hard-working counselors for the full-summer season (Junior, June, Main, and/or August Camp). Counselors work on teams, serve as role models, and share responsibilities across cabins and program areas.

Requirements: must be at least one year out of high school; must be a Christian who loves children; staff orientation May 24, 2027–May 30, 2027; room and board included; competitive salary and a substantial summer bonus.

Qualifications

• Counselors must love children and be able to work in a Christian community.
• Must be joyful, hard-working, service-oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Teach activities and supervise campers in the Dining Hall.
• Serve as role models in cabin or program staff, and lead by example.
