Job summary

Camp Greystone, located in the mountains of North Carolina, seeks joyful counselors to join our Summer Staff for the full season. You will lead activities, model Christian values, and support campers in a faith-based, supportive community.

Applicants must be at least one year out of high school and able to attend Staff Orientation May 24, 2027–May 30, 2027. Room and board are provided, with a season-long bonus for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least one year out of high school.
• Able to attend Staff Orientation May 24–30, 2027.
• Willing to live and work in a faith-based camp community.

Responsibilities

• Teach activities, supervise campers in the Dining Hall, and act as role models at all times.
• Serve on Cabin Staff or Program Staff depending on role.
• Live in a cabin with campers and participate in nightly devotion and leadership activities.
