Qualifications

• High school graduate; college degree preferred; ministry/human services study preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model a Christian lifestyle and mentor Summer Staff.
• Organize and facilitate social and recreational events to build community.
• Enforce standards to maintain a harmonious living environment.
• Assist counselors and support cabin management, curriculum, and crisis situations.
• Perform office duties and ensure timely counselor reports.
• Provide feedback through mid-summer evaluations and quality control.
