Beestera Soccer – Summer Camp Coach (2026)

Join one of the fastest-growing soccer education organizations in the country. This summer, Beestera Soccer will host 100+ camps across 18 states (AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, TN, VA, VT), working with thousands of players nationwide.

Role Description

Beestera Soccer is seeking high-energy, positive, and reliable Camp Coaches for the 2026 summer season. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be actively coaching, leading, and engaging with players throughout the day. Coaches are responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions while creating a fun, supportive, and competitive environment. This is not a passive role, you will be on your feet, interacting with players constantly, and helping shape both their athletic and personal development.

Qualifications

• Have experience playing or coaching soccer
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
• Are reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Are eligible to work in the United States
• Coaching licenses are a plus, but not required.

Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $250 – $800 per week (Assistant → Lead Coach, based on experience and performance)
