Job summary

Soccer Stars & Amazing Athletes of BucksMont & Main Line is seeking a passionate coach to lead age-appropriate soccer and multi-sport classes across Bucks County and beyond. You’ll create memorable experiences, help kids grow physically, socially, and emotionally, and work in a safe, supportive environment.

Applicants should be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable commuting to multiple locations. Prior youth-coaching experience and strong communication with parents are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Experience coaching youth in sports and delivering a structured curriculum.
• Ability to commute to multiple locations and manage travel times.

Who We Are

Who We Are:At Soccer Stars & Amazing Athletes of BucksMont & Main Line, we deliver the area's most loved youth sports programs. With over 20 years of proven success, we focus on teaching the FUNdamentals of sports through high-energy coaching, positive reinforcement, and creative, game-based learning. Our mission is simple: help kids build confidence, develop athletic skills, and fall in love with movement and teamwork. We offer year-round classes and camps for children ages 1-12+ across Bucks County, Montgomery County, the Main Line and Philadelphia.

About The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable coach to lead fun, structured soccer and multi-sport classes. This is more than just coaching — you'll be creating memorable experiences for kids while helping them grow physically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-energy, age-appropriate sports classes and camps
• Create a fun, positive, and safe environment for all participants
• Teach basic sports skills, coordination, and teamwork
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and partner locations
• Deliver an outstanding class experience every session

Schedule & Availability

• Programs run year-round (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall)
• Sessions held at schools, parks, rec centers, and community locations
• All weekend programs begin and end between 9AM & 1PM!
• Programs run Year-Round

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid driver's license & your own reliable vehicle
• Willing to commute to different locations day to day (up to 30-40 mins one-way)
• Availability on a consistent, weekly basis, including at least one weekend day per week
• Ability to follow & deliver our in-house, structured sports curriculum/lesson plans
• Strong communication skills with parents and the ability to coordinate with schools, recreation centers, or partner locations
• Youth coaching experience
• Experience using positive reinforcement, game-based learning, and classroom-style behavior management
• Able to be active outdoors, demonstrate drills, set up equipment, and remain on your feet while leading classes
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Prior coaching or relevant experience on both weekend days preferred!
• Formal education is a plus
