Inspire Athletes is seeking enthusiastic Athletic Coaches to mentor and coach campers aged 7–16 at Camp Weequahic in Northeast Pennsylvania. The role blends athletic skill development with leadership opportunities, fostering teamwork and a love for sport in a dynamic, camp environment.

You will plan engaging sessions, teach fundamentals, and model sportsmanship while building confidence and a growth mindset in young athletes.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching campers aged 7–16 in sport.

• Previous coaching experience preferred.

The Athletic Coach role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for sport with meaningful mentorship. As a coach, you’ll help young athletes develop their skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game while gaining valuable leadership and coaching experience in a dynamic camp environment.

You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, supportive, and engaging sports programme that helps campers thrive both on and off the field.
