Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking part-time coaches to run 30- to 60-minute soccer sessions for children aged 2–12 in the Denver area. You will deliver our play-based, non-competitive curriculum while keeping every child engaged, learning, and smiling.

Ideal candidates bring a big, outgoing personality, a love for kids, and comfort coaching young children. Training is provided and ongoing workshops are offered to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Availability from now through fall 2025; summer-only availability will not be considered.
• Big, outgoing personality and genuine love for kids.
• Comfort coaching ages 2-10; experience as a coach, camp counselor, teacher, or sitter is a plus.
• Passion for soccer and readiness to learn age-appropriate drills.
• Clear, friendly communication skills.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead 30- to 60-minute classes for ages 2-12, delivering our non-competitive, play-based curriculum.
2. Guarantee safety and fun—every child engaged, learning, and smiling.

4. Keep improving. Attend ongoing workshops and embrace feedback from senior staff.

When You’ll Work

We need coaches who can start right away and remain on staff through the fall season (at least late October, but ideally, indefinitely). If you’re only available for the summer, please do not apply.
Pick one shift or mix and match (approx. 5-15 hrs/week):

• Weekday Mornings - Mon-Fri - 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Weekday Afternoons - Mon-Fri - 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM PRIORITY)
  *Coaches available to work all afternoon shifts during our 6-week season are eligible for a signing bonus!
• Weekend Mornings - Sat-Sun - 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

What You Bring

• Big, outgoing personality and genuine love for kids.
• Comfort coaching ages 2-10 (experience as a coach, camp counselor, teacher, sitter, etc. a plus).
• Passion for soccer and readiness to learn age-appropriate drills.
• Clear, friendly communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid U.S. work authorization.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
