Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 30 college credits in an education or human services field.
• High school diploma plus 600 or more hours of secondary training.
• High school diploma, 15 college credits in an education or human services field, and one year of experience working with children.
• High school diploma and two years of experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of PA DCW regulations.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Create engaging activities reflecting individual interests.
• Assist with curriculum and camp programming.
• Participate in games and outdoor activities.
• Communicate daily with parents.
• Use positive behavior guidance techniques.
• Complete required administrative paperwork.
