Job summary

Steve & Kate’s Camp is looking for team members to facilitate activities, connect with campers, and monitor safety during busy camp days. Staff will help campers self-select activities and support spaces across sewing, stop-motion, maker space, and performing arts.

You’ll work with a creative team, stay active with 4–12 year olds, and contribute to a playful, inclusive environment where everyone can be their authentic self.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• 2+ months experience with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp.
• Chaperone possible on off-site Field Trips when required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Some staff will oversee activity spaces where campers self-select activities.
• Other staff work in rotating support roles across camp.
• Activities include sewing, stop-motion animation, maker space, performing arts, arts and crafts, lounging, recreation, and more.
