Summer - Bike Camp Manager

Come join the Pedalheads team for Summer! We are looking for Camp Managers who will run our Bike and Trail children’s camps and help create breakthrough, happy dancing, high-fiving, “I did it” moments.

Who Are We

We are a fast-growing leader in children’s programming offering high-quality bike and swimming lessons across North America.

The Opportunity

• Pedalheads Camp Managers are responsible for managing all activities at their respective camps.
• You don’t need to be a bike expert as we provide training for our programs.

Work Dates

• May-August 2025

Locations

• Boulder, Longmont, Broomfield, Highlands, Central Park, Park Hill, Cherry Creek, Lowry, Wash Park, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Smoky Hill, Parker, Littleton, Applewood

Wage

• $20-25/hour

Responsibilities

• Manage camp activities, ensure safety standards, and provide positive experiences for children.
• Manage and motivate team members including Camp Supervisors, Instructors, and Volunteers.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with on-camp registration and payments.
• Manage camp equipment and supplies.

Skills and Experience

• Experience managing or supervising youth in camp or sports environments.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and a strong leader.
• Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C or willing to obtain it.
• Criminal record check required for ages 18+.
• Proficient bike rider with access to a bike and helmet.
