Job summary

Voya Financial in Minneapolis, MN invites motivated analytics interns to join the Employee Benefits team for the summer. You will gain hands-on experience in distribution, product, underwriting, finance, and operations while supporting initiatives that drive revenue and sales effectiveness.

You will work with the team to prepare analyses, reports for leadership, and participate in meetings. This internship offers exposure to market research, data presentation, and cross-functional collaboration,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Dependable, quick learner who is independent and works well with others
• Strong analytical, written communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Tableau preferred
• Knowledge of finance, insurance industry, investment fields, insurance products or operations is helpful but not mandatory
• Strong work ethics and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing tasks and projects for multiple managers.
• Conduct market and industry research, data collection, consolidation and reporting.
• Prepare presentations and leadership reports with key findings.
• Collaborate on analysis and internal management reports.
• Support special projects and documentation.
• Attend and contribute to meetings.
• Provide administrative assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
