Together with customers, partners and colleagues, Voya Financial, Inc. invites analytics interns to join the Employee Benefits team for the summer in Minneapolis.

You will gain hands-on experience across distribution, product, underwriting, finance and operations while supporting revenue growth and sales effectiveness. • Dependable, quick learner who is independent and works well with others.

• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Tableau preferred.
• Knowledge of finance, insurance industry, investment fields, insurance products or operations is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethics and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage several ongoing tasks and projects for various managers.
• Responsible for market and industry research projects and reporting, data collection, consolidation, and presentation, and other communications support activities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on key findings and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively to prepare analysis and reports for internal management.
• Assist with special projects and documentation efforts.
• Attend and contribute to meetings.
• Provide administrative assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Getting to Know the Opportunity:

We are seeking motivated and analytics interns to join the Employee Benefits team for the summer. The Employee Benefits Intern will have the opportunity to work in a corporate environment as an integral part of a team. Gaining hands‑on experience in distribution, product, underwriting, finance, and operations. You will work closely with the team to support initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. $23.00/hr-$27.00/hr USD
