Together with customers, partners and colleagues, Voya Financial, Inc. invites analytics interns to join the Employee Benefits team for the summer in Minneapolis.

You will gain hands-on experience across distribution, product, underwriting, finance and operations while supporting revenue growth and sales effectiveness. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related fields, and demonstrate analytical skills, strong written communication, and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Dependable, quick learner who is independent and works well with others.
• Strong analytical, written communication and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Tableau preferred.
• Knowledge of finance, insurance industry, investment fields, insurance products or operations is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethics and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage several ongoing tasks and projects for various managers.
• Responsible for market and industry research projects and reporting, data collection, consolidation, and presentation, and other communications support activities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on key findings and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively to prepare analysis and reports for internal management.
• Assist with special projects and documentation efforts.
• Attend and contribute to meetings.
• Provide administrative assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
