Job summary

Related Management Company is seeking a highly motivated Summer Analyst to join the RMC property management team. The role supports on-going projects and on-site operations, assisting with daily property operations, administrative tasks, and resident interactions.

The 10-week internship program provides hands-on experience, exposure to portfolio tours, and networking with industry leaders. Interns work under senior management supervision and will engage in team activities, with compensation

Qualifications

• Undergraduate sophomore or junior with target graduation December 2027–June 2029.
• Strong passion for hospitality and property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service when interacting with tenants and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and follow through with attention to detail.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness and presentation; complete walk sheet and submit to GM for action.
• Review daily reports and follow up on maintenance requests and incident reports to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Engage in resident interactions and elevate as appropriate.
• Assist in filing lease documents, invoices, correspondence, contracts, etc. for the property.
• Assist with resident events and engagement initiatives.
• Track operational expenses and organize invoices.
• Support move-in and move-out processes.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements.
• Perform all other duties as directed by Senior General Manager, General Manager & Assistant General Manager.
