Job summary

BMO Capital Markets offers a structured Summer Analyst program designed for undergraduates graduating in 2028/2029. Participants will rotate into an Investment Banking product or industry group for 10 weeks, with training, mentoring, and networking across levels.

Analysts gain hands-on experience in research, financial modeling, and client materials while exploring culture and career guidance within a leading North American financial services firm.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree, graduating Dec 2028 or Spring 2029.
• Interest in investment banking and strong academic record.
• GPA minimum 3.4/4.0 with leadership and peer recognition.
• Excellent analytic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and company research and analysis.
